No-Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable.

By creating an account and subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this No-Refund Policy. Please evaluate the Platform thoroughly using the free trial tier before purchasing a paid subscription.

1. Free Trial

All new organisations receive a free trial period with a limited document quota (up to 50 documents). The trial allows you to evaluate the full functionality of the Platform — AI document querying, conversation history, notes, and team sharing — before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to assess suitability for your firm's needs.

2. No Refunds on Subscriptions

All subscription fees — whether monthly or annual — are charged in advance and are strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed. This includes: (a) partial month or partial year cancellations; (b) unused portion of a subscription period; (c) accidental purchases or upgrades; (d) dissatisfaction with AI output quality (please trial before subscribing); (e) failure to use the Platform after subscribing.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation: (a) your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period; (b) no further charges will be made after the period ends; (c) access to paid features will be downgraded to the free tier at period end; (d) your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.

4. Exceptions

We will issue a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion: (a) you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a verified billing system error; (b) your account was fraudulently created without your knowledge and you report it within 7 days of the charge. To request consideration under these exceptions, email billing@questionreset.com within 7 days of the disputed charge with documentary evidence.

5. Service Downtime

In the event of sustained, unplanned Platform outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours within a paid billing period, we may, at our discretion, extend your subscription period by an equivalent number of days. This extension is the sole remedy for service disruptions and does not constitute a refund.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it applies to their next renewal. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date; you will not receive a refund for the current paid period.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where chargebacks are filed, pending resolution.
