1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Digi Assist (operated by Question Reset, hereafter "we", "us", or "the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, members, and viewers of any organisation account.
2. Description of Service
Digi Assist is a multi-tenant, AI-powered Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge base platform. It enables legal firms, chartered accountant firms, and other professional organisations to upload proprietary documents and query them using natural language. Each organisation's data is stored in a logically isolated tenant space.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to represent your organisation to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) all registration information is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law.
4. Document Upload & Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Platform. By uploading documents you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, index, and store the content solely for the purpose of providing the service to your organisation. We do not use your documents to train AI models or share them with third parties.
5. Confidentiality & Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, including per-tenant vector store isolation, encrypted connections (TLS), and hashed credential storage. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) upload content that infringes intellectual property rights; (b) upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or obscene; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models; (d) circumvent any security or access controls; (e) use the Platform to process documents belonging to third parties without their explicit written consent; (f) resell or sublicense access to the Platform without our prior written approval.
7. Subscription & Billing
Access to paid tiers is governed by the subscription plan selected at registration or upgrade. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. For refund terms, please read our No-Refund Policy before subscribing.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, interfaces, branding, and AI models powering the Platform are the exclusive property of Question Reset. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The Platform name "Digi Assist" and associated logos are trademarks of Question Reset.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Question Reset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or decisions made on the basis of AI-generated answers. AI responses may contain inaccuracies; always verify critical legal or financial advice with a qualified professional.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to the registered administrator of your organisation at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
